OWNER OPERATORS: 2 WAYS TO GET PAID:

PERCENTAGE PAY (Choice 1):
65% of the gross load with fuel surcharge 100% pass-thru
Average $1.40 per mile loaded and empty
Fuel discounts at company terminals 5 - 40 cpg plus fuel discounts at truck stops

Our O/O's average $2,400/wk to $3900/wk, depending on how they chose to drive. BY THE MILE:
.90 cpm loaded or empty
Flexible fuel surcharge 19 cpm and varies by week depending on DOE average
Fuel discounts at company terminals 5 - 40 cpg plus fuel discounts at truck stops

TIME OFF:
14 days out, 4 off earned out if working out of one of our terminals/satellites. You may bank days off and stay out. 14 days out, 2 off if you only live near one of our home centers.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Tractor must be 1993 (with rebuild) or newer.
Pass DOT inspection 2 times a year (paid by company)
Truck with driver weight must not exceed 20,000 lbs
5th wheel must be 47.5 inches or less from ground

EXTRAS:
$35 per additional stops between 1 and 99 stops
$300-$500 referral bonus to drivers who help us hire another driver(ask recruiter)

PAID FOR BY COMPANY (on the by-the-mile plan only):

$1800 - Base plates
$3000 - Permits
$2000 - Tolls
$ 750 - Scales reimbursment

INSURANCE RATES:

Occupational Accident - about $118/mo
Physical damage - .00184 x insured value of truck ($92/mo on $50k truck)
Bobtail or non-trucking insurance - about $20/mo

PET POLICY:

Can have a cat or a dog not more than 75 lbs, no agressive dog breeds -
no pitbulls or rottweilers
Pets must be on a leash at all times when not in truck
Not allowed in company facilities
Must have all required shots

PASSENGER POLICY:

A passenger is allowed @ $22/mo insurance

DRIVER TEAMS:

Teams are permitted (should be related or must get our approval)

$ 50 /week withheld account escrow - returned 45 days after term.
$ 25 monthy for 3 piece OBC use
$ 50 annual administrative fee deducted at end of 1st month
$ .01 fuel usage tax
Voluntary general fund available for maintenance escrow, pays 3 - 5% and will be a $25 fee for any withdrawals

ORIENTATION:

The orientation is only 4 days, paid at $75/day and 50 cpm to bobtail there-
We pay for your room and 3 meals a day
