the road cycle. (Unless trainer is on another schedule.)
Once

coaching etc.
At
the end of the 6 weeks with the trainer, the trainee will be moved

Once

finish their first year with the company. If the app leaves at any
time before the completion of their first year with us, we will keep
the hold out money and put it towards the repayment of the school
cost ($2142 ). Trainee will then make monthly payments of $100 till
the entire school is paid off. If trainee leaves school early or
cannot pass the school they are still responsible for repaying the
school.
If
trainee wants to team with an Owner Operator or a Lease Purchase
driver, they will have to start making the $100 dollar payments as
soon as they reach first seat driver status. To avoid this they
would have to stay on company side till they complete their first
year. The exception to this rule is if a trainee wants to go Lease
Purchase after 60 days with the company. We will pay off their
school at the completion of the first year.
