.85 cpm loaded or empty with flexible dispatch (88 cpm forced dispatch is an option).
Plus flexible fuel surcharge varies by week (example: 24cpm fuel surcharge + 85cpm = $1.09 per mile x average of 2,200 to 3,000 miles per week)

PASSENGER POLICY:
A passenger is allowed. $22/mo insurance. Some restrictions apply as to age.
WITHHOLDINGS FROM SETTLEMENT:
$ 50 /week withheld for account escrow - returned 45 days
after term.

ORIENTATION:
The orientation is every Monday for 4 days, paid at $75/day. We pay for your transportation and motel and 3 meals a day
